1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
2. Cancellations (Orders Not Yet Shipped)
If you change your mind and your order has not yet been shipped or fulfilled, you are eligible for a full refund, including all shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at whythogiftco@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Once the order has moved to the "Fulfilled" status, the Return Policy below applies.
3. Returns Due to Customer Error (Change of Mind / Incorrect Choice)
If an order has already been shipped or is in delivery and the return is due to customer error (e.g., "bought by mistake," "no longer wanted," or "incorrect size/color chosen"), the following terms apply:
- Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all label and tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Return Shipping: A return shipping label will be emailed to the customer.

Deductions: Upon processing your refund, WhyTho Gift Co will deduct the following from your total refund amount:
- The original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.
- The cost of the return shipping label.
- Any diminished value (at our sole discretion) if the item is returned in less-than-perfect condition or with damaged packaging.
4. Returns Due to Store Error or Defective Items
If we have made an error (e.g., shipped the wrong item) or if the product arrives damaged or defective, we will take full responsibility:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Upon receipt and inspection, you will receive a full refund, including original shipping costs, or a free replacement.
5. Inspection and Damage Deductions
All returns are subject to a thorough inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if an item is in "good condition."
- If an item is returned used, dirty, or damaged, a partial refund may be issued, or the return may be denied entirely.
- Items that are returned incomplete (missing parts or accessories) will incur a deduction based on the value of the missing components.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at whythogiftco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
8. Refunds
Our team will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
9. International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
10. Missing Puzzle Pieces
WhyTho Gift Co is a prank gift company, not a traditional puzzle manufacturer or puzzle retailer. Our products are designed primarily for entertainment, novelty, and gifting purposes. The frustration, confusion, and ridiculousness of putting the puzzle together are part of the experience- and yes, a missing piece may be part of the joke. Due to the nature of our products and packaging process, we do not guarantee that every puzzle will be free from manufacturing imperfections, damaged pieces, or missing pieces. WhyTho Gift Co is not responsible for individual missing or imperfect puzzle pieces, provided the product otherwise arrives substantially as described. If your order arrives with a significant defect, substantial damage, or another issue that materially affects the product as described, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution. By purchasing from WhyTho, you acknowledge that the product is intended as a prank gift first and a puzzle second.
