Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with WhyTho Gift Co. We value your business and strive to provide a transparent and fair shopping experience. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

2. Cancellations (Orders Not Yet Shipped)
If you change your mind and your order has not yet been shipped or fulfilled, you are eligible for a full refund, including all shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at whythogiftco@gmail.com  to request a cancellation. Once the order has moved to the "Fulfilled" status, the Return Policy below applies.

3. Returns Due to Customer Error (Change of Mind / Incorrect Choice)
If an order has already been shipped and the return is due to customer error (e.g., "bought by mistake," "no longer wanted," or "incorrect size/color chosen"), the following terms apply:
  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all label and tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: A return shipping label will be emailed to the customer.
  • Deductions: Upon processing your refund, WhyTho Gift Co will deduct the following from your total refund amount:
    • The original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.
    • The cost of the return shipping label.
    • Any diminished value (at our sole discretion) if the item is returned in less-than-perfect condition or with damaged packaging.

4. Returns Due to Store Error or Defective Items
If we have made an error (e.g., shipped the wrong item) or if the product arrives damaged or defective, we will take full responsibility:
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, you will receive a full refund, including original shipping costs, or a free replacement.

5. Inspection and Damage Deductions
All returns are subject to a thorough inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if an item is in "good condition."
  • If an item is returned used, dirty, or damaged, a partial refund may be issued, or the return may be denied entirely.
  • Items that are returned incomplete (missing parts or accessories) will incur a deduction based on the value of the missing components.

7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at whythogiftco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
